Don't let these nightmares happen to you!
We were recently told, by one of our customers, of a friend who bragged she'd found a refinisher who could do her cabinets in only two days! (Our first two days are typically spent sanding and priming - steps you don't want skipped!) A couple of weeks later our customer saw her friend at a party and was told the cabinets were already chipping! Not a surprise. We hear all the horror stories and are often called in to fix problems caused by these so-called pros. Don't make yourself a victim. Hire the best and forget about the rest!
Here’s an actual excerpt from a product help website.
As you will see, this poor homeowner's beautiful, expensive cabinets are about to be attacked by a clueless “professional” who is guessingat how to refinish them!
This picture is the way the owner's cabinets looked BEFORE this "pro" tackled them. We have no idea what they look like now!

“I'm having trouble figuring out how to begin this project. (I've attached pictures of the kitchen cabinet job I'm referring to.) Basically, the cabinets are currently real wood, with a dark, cherry stain and a very smooth, gloss-like topcoat. My client wants to go much lighter, probably an off-white, with an antique glaze look. I've done cabinets before but I've never started with any this nice so I obviously don't want to mess them up, especially since the home is very high-end.
Anyway, I'm trying to figure out how to get to a point where I can apply the base coat and finish and in what order should I do the steps.
My guess is:.......
